Since August of 2017, Ms. Signorino has served as co-owner and chief executive officer of EPSRX.
Working closely with clinical and operational staff, she assists executing the company’s strategic planning, business development, and care management programs for our clients. Ms. Signorino has garnered over 30 years of experience specializing in Home Infusion Therapy, Specialty Pharmacy, Managed Care Contracting and 340B Programs.

Prior to co-founding EPSRX, Mrs. Signorino served as Vice President of Product Development & Partner in Specialty Therapeutic Care (STC) and was a Founding partner in AcariaHealth. In this role, she was responsible for and VP of Product development for Specialty Drugs, with areas of expertise in Hemophilia, IG and 340B Product Development. She was responsible for signing Contract Pharmacy agreement with three large FQHCs for Specialty Drugs. Her experience includes acting as a contract pharmacy for an HTC and managing a Cancer Treatment Center/Ambulatory Infusion Suite.

Over the years, Mrs. Signorino has been the owner, partner and/or founder of four specialty pharmacies including STC Specialty Pharmacy, Choice Source Therapeutics /Caremark and Vital Systems Ltd., a multi-state startup. In addition to pharmacies, she launched Choice Source Therapeutics Nursing and was a partner in a Staff Builders Licensed and Skilled Home Health agency.

Mrs. Signorino has also owned sense 2004, Cameron Marketing Associates, LLC. A consulting firm focused on Healthcare Outcomes, Pharma Program development/implementation and 340B Administration. She also served for one year as a clinical consultant for a Biotech Company.

Mrs. Signorino holds a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree from the University of Louisville, Louisville, KY.

Ms. Hollis is a registered nurse with 25+ years of healthcare experience in clinical care and specialty pharmacy. She currently serves as Executive Vice-President Medical Operations and Business Development of My Life Recovery Centers.
Ms. Hollis was co-founder and owner of ITSRx Specialty Pharmacy, serving as Director for over eight years. At ITSRx, she launched a nationally recognized Hepatitis C Program by organizing and providing disease state management and education for physicians, patients and family members. Ms. Hollis helped lead ITSRx to a successful exit through an acquisition by Enhanced Equity, which ultimately became part of AcariaHealth, now a subsidiary of Centene Corporation (CNC).
For over four years, she served as Vice President of Product Development at AcariaHealth Specialty Pharmacy, providing national management and oversight of Hepatitis C and Multiple Sclerosis product lines. Additionally, Ms. Hollis worked closely with sales and account management teams.

Prior to co-founding ITSRx, Ms. Hollis served as a sales manager for Specialty Pharmacy of California, and previously served as a Regional Sales Manager and Hepatitis C Coordinator for Schering Plough.  Her nursing background includes extensive experience in liver disease, specifically liver transplant coordination; and she is currently working in the alcohol and opioid addiction space as well.
Ms. Hollis holds a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio.
